Beijing Jikang Food Co., Ltd (Italian Cheese Factory) was founded in 2005. The company is a Chinese-Italian Joint-Venture between the Chinese Xindesen Co., Ltd. and two Italians who have called China their home for decades: Mrs. Gisa Casarubea and Mr. Carlo Panzica la Manna. Our roots are deep, and begin with the Beijing JiYa Food Co., Ltd., another successful joint venture between Mrs. Gisa & Mr. Carlo’s company and another Chinese Company. Begun in 1995, the joint venture pioneered the production of high quality Italian cheese in China.
