MOZZARELLA

The cheese, made from pasteurised whole cow's milk, has a delicate taste with a white colour. It has a soft, creamy, smooth texture. This cheese is usually eaten for snacks. It is excellent mixed with salads, fresh tomatoes or other vegetables. Sometimes it can have the shape of balls and the cheese is then called Bocconcini.
